Today we stayed in Utah, traveling from Provo to Moab - stopping in Canyonlands National Park on the way. We didn't have time to do any hiking, so we just hit the main tourist spots. There were still some spectacular views, and I am sure that sunrise or sunset would be even better if the timing worked out that way.
